Cool Places and Scenes for Creatives

 

CoolTown Studios helps people build communities. They link several million dollars in equity investment capital with proven, innovative real estate developers in cities with progressive leadership. Their goal is to develop creative, sustainable, profitable (Triple Bottom Line) urban buildings and destinations that serve as both a model and anchor for future surrounding development designed to attract creative, entrepreneurial markets that significantly improve the local economy and quality of life. They apply the modern market and product development system of crowdsourcing to ensure success in creating and developing natural cultural districts.

Challenge

Being a company with a unique and innovative business service, CoolTown Studios is involved in work that isn’t familiar to many in the real estate market or community development arena.  There was often misunderstanding that they are a non-profit when in reality they are quite the opposite.  This was an issue when it came to discussions with groups interested in their work and the services they provided. CoolTown Studios was looking for help in clearing up this confusion.  What was required was a better brand strategy.  Specifically a system was needed to track project stats and document finished projects, which in turn would then be used during presentations to audiences and/or potential clients to help present who they are and what they do.

Solution

Our team created a project tracking system that would help to organize deadlines, timeframes, project stats, and customer participation information.  Cnvrgnc then helped to streamline this process with their marketing plan.  This in turn assisted greatly in formulating a clearer and more effective brand strategy for the company that would help to communicate the vision of CoolTown Studios in addition to the particular goals and objectives that the company set out to do with the various projects they were a part of.
